Nitrous done right can out perform boosted apps but you gotta know what your doing. Brother To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. Your shop guy doesnt know his ass from a hole in the wall. The reason that engines fail with nitrous are the same that engines fail with boost. Step one, upgrade all of the equipment that's needed to support both mods. On the exhaust side, a turbine uses the exhaust gases flowing through it to spin.

Now that you know the downside of turbo power, you can see why a big muscle car motor might do better with nitrous oxide and a monitoring system for heat. I originally planned on going nitrous but everyone's been telling me to go turbo. First, you don't need an intercooler, and if you've got one anyway, you're helping it along big time. You will still need high octane fuel, cold plugs and plenty of fuel enrichment for this to work correctly but it is the perfect modding combo if there ever was one. The nitrous ad fuel are still seperated from each other as they travel to the jets, which set the calibration for the whole system.
Then install your blower and conduct several road scans while under wide open throttle to see if you have any knock. The design of a turbocharger is very simular to that of the supercharger. Spool time is still spool time. Continued operation worsens the situation to the point of a total melt down. I don't have cam, intake, carb, fuel system or anything else yet. Instead of passively radiating heat away from the intake air, you're shooting cryogenic mist into it, instantly dropping the temperature by 100 degrees or more. The issue with the last two as well is heat.
Our downloads are perfect and we go run 3. Any opinions would be appreciated will install either kit i decide on myself father is a master mechanic works on cars, atv, snowmobile, motorcycles and boats so that cost is gone. I don't have cam, intake, carb, fuel system or anything else yet. Now it's time to add the nitrous. Turbo keychain can only last so long with nitrous! I feel we have a really good nitrous bike and other nitrous bikes are making gains. It is no longer just adding the poweradder but building a foundation to handle it which involves a built drivetrain and properly setup suspension to harness it all.
You currently have 0 posts. It has the full throttle switch and the high-flow bottle valve. Turbos however will use more fuel anytime you tip the throttle far enough to get into boost. I am a turbo guy so I say that its the only way to go, but its cheaper to put on a nitrous kit run some race fuel and fly. If you haven't done so already, you should transfer the difference in settings between boost only and boost with nitrous to your tables that rely on intake air temperature. The only drawbacks really, is it costs a ton of cash, and if you push to much psi your gonna blow something in the motor if its all stock. More central to this article is that they are even better together.
Every time a turbo bike comes in and does this it destroys the class. I'm building a 545ci stock block forged 4340 crank, eagle h-beam rods, diamond pistons dish 9. Centrifugal superchargers are the most resurgent of late. Below will explain the principles of each kit. If i could get my b18 engine to about 190 or 200 hp which i dout will happen but if somebody knows how let me know and thats without going lsvtec maybe then i would run nitrous. Enough to get over 200.
Any way you look at it, horsepower is easy to get and easy to make. This past weekend showed that. When it comes out of liquid form, it cools everything around it, rapidly, including the bottle. This enables our nitrous systems to activate at wide-open throttle, precisely and reliably, every time. Around here my bigblock is concidered a small block. I made a huge mistake thinking that nitrous in the end would be easier and cheaper.
Inside the turbocharger are two back-to-back turbines. I prefer boost but nitrous has it's advantages over boost in some ways. Do it a little at a time and you w9ill know what you need to get there. If i do supercharger I will probably only do 5psi to be close to 200hp around that because i want to keep the sled where it is in term of clutch and drive gears. Nitrous is Nitrous Oxide, a gas which you may have been given if you've ever had surgery.
