Worst place i have ever worked and i have done many care jobs the pay was just about minimum wage but that wasnt even the issue it was the work you were expected to do for that pay!! Hiring emotionally unstable leaders that are unqualified and resort to unethical managerial tactics. The company is nithing more than a joke, from what I have found out they wont be around much longer either. But overall, this is a great workplace! Happy staff means happy residents and happy residnets means happy family. You are on your toes here but if you want a first hand look of how the other side lives than this is your place.
