Loud cell phone conversations and politicizing in the Pool Area is inconsiderate to non-interested guests. Tickets and other entitlements are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable and void if altered. Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, or any other means nor are they responsible for accidents. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
Refuse and bagged garbage shall be deposited only in the area provided. For the purpose of performing the exterior maintenance authorized by this rule, the Park Owner shall have the right to enter upon any lot or exterior, at any living unit, at any reasonable time provided for the purpose of inspection. We will then escort you to your site. The personal property of all unit owners must be stored within their Condominium units. This also includes sheds and storage buildings. In the event Resident shall fail to maintain the exterior of his lot or living unit in accordance with the above, then after 5 days notice to the tenant residing in the Park, or 10 days written notice of Tenant residing outside the Park, the Park Owner shall have the ability to come upon the leased premises and perform such maintenance as is required. Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride certain attractions.

In particular, Members and their guests are expected to exercise control over their children. All persons causing a disturbance or being a nuisance may be required to vacate the Park. Children under 16 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult while in the pool and spa areas. Loud music is not permitted at any time.
Auto work is not allowed in the resort. All persons needing to dispose of same must contact the necessary governmental authorities and make all necessary arrangements to dispose of same. The Management reserves the right to set policy situations not covered by these rules and regulations. Please, no lotions or oils in the pool or hot tub. No clotheslines will be allowed.
Carts are required when playing golf. Please abide by all posted Pool Rules and State Regulations. No glass, no smoking and no pets are allowed in the pool area. Violations of any resort rules and regulations or antisocial behavior which may or may not be covered by these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the resort. We do not allow sleeping in cars nor will we accept converted school buses or dead storage trailers. Any activity that causes undue disturbance is not permitted.
Guests will be held responsible for theft or damages to the unit during their stay. No tenants or guests are allowed in the clubhouse with wet bathing suits. The onsite property manager reserves the right to remove any parties from the premises if necessary. There are numerous receptacles available for trash such as plastic or glass bottles, cans, paper, etc. Keep doors, compartments and windows locked and be sure to report suspicious behavior or individual; call 911! Garbage cans, supplies, or other articles shall not be placed on the patios, decks, balconies, and entryways. Except for emergencies, maintenance and housekeeping services will be performed during normal business hours. Unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed in the resort.
You are requested to have these wristbands available when approached by our Security. Each occupied suite must have at least one 1 adult of twenty-one 21 years or older as the responsible Member or Guest for the usage of the suite. The Home Resort Rules and Regulations are designed to provide Members with information on using Vacation Points to make reservations at their Home Resort and other Disney Vacation Club Resorts. The failure of the Lessee to receive a copy of the rules or see a posting of the rules shall not be a defense to full compliance with the Park rules and regulations or any amendment thereto which is posted within the Park. So they move us two cottage away but still in that drinking area where in fact there is soooooo many cottage available for non drinking and family area. In the event of a physical assault upon a staff member or Management Staff, Management shall move to either suspend or withdraw ownership from the Resort. Please be advised that Civil Code § § 799. This rule is necessary in order to maintain a clean and uncluttered and well-kept Park for everyone. Linens, cloths, clothing, laundry of any kind, or other articles will not be shaken or hung from any of the windows, doors, patios, decks, balconies, or entryways, or exposed on any part of the limited common elements or common elements.
The Park Owner shall then charge the tenant with the cost of said maintenance which shall be based upon the rate for man hours and equipment posted in the Park Office at the time of rendering service. Pets are to be kept inside at night and not allowed to be a nuisance to others at any time. Clothing with multiple layers is subject to search. Rules and Regulations relating to use of the pool and grounds shall be posted and observed by all. Complaints regarding the service of the Condominium shall be in writing by letter or email to the Board of Directors.
